DIVIDEND POLICY
In each Fiscal Year of the Corporation, the registered holders of Common Shares are entitled to receive dividends as and when declared from time to time by the Board, acting in its sole discretion, out of the money of the Corporation properly available for dividends. Subject to the Corporation retaining sufficient cash reserves for future or anticipated operating expenses, it is the policy of the Corporation to dividend surplus income out to shareholders prior to completion of the Corporation's Fiscal Year end and thereby minimizes taxable income. At the end of each fiscal quarter, it is the practice of the Corporation to determine if dividends can be declared.
